Over 17 years of playing and coaching I have been fortunate to experience many different volleyball styles and levels. Each experience has influenced and helped develop the coach I am today.  I believe that hard work, respect for yourself and others, personal accountability, and having fun makes for a great experience for the players, parents and coaches. I also believe that playing sports as a young-adult, not only builds character and confidence but also gives them a sense of accomplishment.
